TCCI Tower

A limited competition entry for the Libyan Chamber of Commerce, Agriculture and Industry. The proposal places twin towers on a shared podium, organising a substantial administrative programme against a constrained urban site. A parametric façade modulates solar gain and view across both towers, doubling as the building’s institutional identity. The intent was a public-facing administrative architecture — recognisable from the street, calibrated for the climate, and read as a singular composition despite the doubled massing. The project was placed second.
